I was overweight growing up and struggled a lot mentally and emotionally because of my weight. Pretty quickly after I began my weight loss journey and committed to improving my health, I developed an eating disorder because I wasn’t mentally healthy.
I set unrealistic goals for myself and became very obsessive and extreme in my methods. After I recovered from my eating disorder, I wanted to gain strength and discovered weight lifting. I immediately developed a passion for fitness, nutrition and seeking to become the best version of myself physically and mentally!
My priority is to help others achieve their physical goals while also developing a healthy relationship with food, their body, working out, and improving their overall confidence and strength! I specialize in weight loss, glute and leg growth, strength and conditioning, and helping others develop a healthy lifestyle!

What does your training include?
I’ll show you the ropes of the gym including teaching you form, how to set up exercises, how to structure your workouts, how to stretch properly, new techniques, breath patterns, and so much more. I will hold you accountable to reach your goals and guide you through the steps it will take. With everyone’s journey & goals being so different so it can be hard knowing what steps to take- but that’s why I am here to help you and to create a workout program that is tailored to your specific goals and needs.

My goal and mindset.
My goal as a Coach is to empower my clients through encouragement, inspire them to work hard to reach their goals, and to find confidence within themselves, their body, and their strength. Working out may sound like something you “HAVE” to do. But my hope is that I can flip your perspective on that and show you it’s something you “GET” to do. Every workout you do gets you 1 step closer to your goals. Every workout you do you are showing yourself an act of self love. Every workout you do levels you up which results in an increase of confidence and strengthens the relationship you have with yourself. And while I love to talk about transforming into our highest version of yourself- I always preach to my clients to love themselves where they are at. I’m Coach Kenzie and I have been a personal trainer for almost 5 years now! Fitness has always played a role in my entire life, but it wasn’t until I was diagnosed with dyshidrotic eczema that I realized how important it was to me.

During the worst of my flare ups, the gym was the only place that helped me feel strong, beautiful and independent. That’s when I decided to train even harder and fully commit to myself.

My preferred style of training is Powerbuilding! I help you lose fat, gain muscle, and build strength all at the same time! We also focus on balancing nutrition, improving mobility, injury prevention and most importantly building your confidence!

My name is Kim Sermeno, and I am a professional in the field of fitness and nutrition. I hold certifications as a sports nutritionist, certified personal trainer, and fitness coach, and have specialized knowledge in areas such as fat loss, nutrition, training, muscle development, and competition preparation.

Over the course of my 12-year career in the fitness industry, I have also gained extensive experience as a competitive athlete, having competed for over 10 years and earned the status of IFBB Bikini Pro. My dedication to an active lifestyle and passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals has enabled me to develop a reputation for high energy and motivational coaching.

In my practice, I prioritize education and believe that it is essential for achieving long-term success and transforming one’s body. I am a US Army Veteran. The Army instilled discipline and taught me what dedication and honor are. I use that when I am helping my clients as they deserve the best trainer I can be.
I also am an Organ Donor. I donated my Kidney 10 years ago and I am living a healthy life. This taught me that we really need to take care of our bodies as you never know when you can be the one to help someone and you can’t do that if the body is not healthy. I help my clients not only look good on the outside, but I help them to be healthy on the inside as well.
