Melissa Yeargan – Personal Trainer
My Name is Melissa Yeargan and I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years. I am a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach and certified transformation specialist. I also have Certifications in Post Rehab, TRX, Yoga and Spin. My passion is to help people change their lives and to help them create a healthy and fit lifestyle. Working out and eatng right should not be complicated or hard but it should be something we enjoy. I love educating my clients on all aspects of weight training, cardiovascular training, and nutrition as you need all three to reach your goals. This is not only a job for me, but it is my passion and I take it very seriously. I will always go the extra mile for my clients and do what it takes to get them where they want to be.
Fun Facts about me:
I am a US Army Veteran. The Army instilled discipline and taught me what dedication and honor are. I use that when I am helping my clients as they deserve the best trainer I can be.
I also am an Organ Donor. I donated my Kidney 10 years ago and I am living a healthy life. This taught me that we really need to take care of our bodies as you never know when you can be the one to help someone and you can’t do that if the body is not healthy. I help my clients not only look good on the outside, but I help them to be healthy on the inside as well.
